It was in 2020 that the journey started in earnest after mulling it over from 2018.2021 was a mile stone. Today the 17th April IBOK Properties turns 2. Two years later i had expected that my goal would be reached but then God said no, it’s not time yet. Instead it’s challenges after challenges ( growth after growth). Every property transaction I enter into I get to learn something new, not in a pleasant way but the hard way. It’s not smooth sailing just as I thought. Thought I would sign an OTP, bank approves, transfer takes place then wala! Ke maStand. 2 years later, I’m still in the making.

Lessons I’m leaning while journeying….
Never stop believing !!, Keep the faith, Some
dreams and visions are tested to see if
you are still saying whatever it takes, before they are made a reality. What is worth waiting for is worth pursuing, just keep the focus!! Everything else in between is a test, are you sure?, do you still say yes? Are you still committed?

Reality is that with some of us, our journeys are not paved, we have to pave them ourselves while some have them already paved. If it’s my purpose , so be it, pave it!! Paving may be over days or years!!

One thing I know is…….the vision is big, bigger than me, bigger than everyone but not to my God! For this reason I don’t expect the journey to be easy!
I will never give up…..
I am pursuing this passion, the desire God put in me, until the vision manifests!!!!
